Preheat oven to 375℉ and line a large baking sheet with parchment paper.
Place chicken, onion, and peppers on the lined baking sheet.
In a medium bowl, combine olive oil chili powder, cumin, salt, paprika, sugar, garlic powder, and onion powder.
Drizzle the oil and seasonings mixture over the chicken and veggies. Toss to coat.
Bake for 10-15 minutes. Then, stir the chicken and vegetables in the pan and bake for 5 more minutes.
Broil on high for 2-3 minutes to crisp the chicken and vegetables.
Serve on flour tortillas with cheese, sour cream, and your favorite toppings.
